The St Ebbas Garden Project: Day 3. 27/03/2010

Members of the Epsom Rotaract Club assisted Epsom Rotary in their latest community project. The aim of the project is to clear the garden and turn it into a sensory garden for the mentally handicapped children at the facility. Rotaractors, Rotarians and friends spent a couple of hours at St Ebbas Hospital's garden. They were clearing parts of it that had become overgrown. Footpaths were cleared and a fresh coat of paint was added to areas of the garden. No nook or cranny was left unturned, as they approached the conclusion of the project. A good job was done by all involved.

They discussed Epsom Rotaract's fundraising efforts over the past several years, as well as the kind of social and community activities potential members can expect from the club. John would like to thank Point FM and Cheam Baptist Church for inviting him on the show.
