Under starters orders.. on your marks, get set... go! The club staged its annual Race Night, raising money this year for the Fire Fighters Charity. President Mark Cunnell was on double duty that night: He and Karina 'flagged down' visitors outside (pun intended) and Mark then welcomed us to the Race Night in his opening speech.
A sold out crowd attended the Kingswood Village Club and placed their bets at the Tote and bought horses in droves. Visitors from Epsom and Reigate Rotary clubs attended, as did members of Woking Rotaract and Mike Thorn (Rotary District 1140 Rotaract Officer). Rotarians, Rotaractors, friends and relatives helped to raise over £1000 on the night!
