Ho! Ho! Ho! Epsom Rotaractors, Rotarians and friends attended the 2010 Christmas Meal. This year it was held at the function room of the Rising Sun pub in Epsom. There was Christmas music, lights, holly, tinsel crackers all laid on by the pub! And a tasty Christmas meal as well of course.
The guests also came with gifts. The secret Santa presents had to begin with the first letter of the recipients name. As a result, John got a jacket, Mark got some Mars Bars, Karina got Knitwear and Rob got a Cliff Richard Calendar (again).
With the first white Christmas in many a year upon us, a good night was had by all. Unlike last year Rotaractors weren't turfed out by the staff and were made feel very welcome. A big thank you is in order to the staff at the Rising Sun for the effort that they put in to making the evening special. Merry Christmas!
